Montana French Guest Chef Night with Gallatin College Culinary Arts Students

Ever wondered what French food would be like if cooked with all local Montana ingredients? Gallatin College Culinary Arts Students will prepare a French inspired menu featuring local Montana ingredients on Thursday, November 29 from 5 - 7 pm. Dinner will be served at Fork & Spoon Homestyle Kitchen and provided on our unique pay what you can model.


Butternut Squash Bisque served with a Roll & Butter 

Braised Local Beef Bourguignonne (red wine braised beef stew)

served with Parsnip Puree Blanc & Roasted Root Vegetables


Apple Huckleberry Tarte Tatin (fruit tart) served with Vanilla Ice Cream
