Jacqui Colt: Catering Chef and Events Coordinator

Jaqcui has been leading the catering program at Fork and Spoon since late winter of 2018 - and if you haven’t tried out her delicious creations then you are truly missing out. Jacqui works with groups across Bozeman and Gallatin County crafting delicious meals suited perfectly to each unique event. Jacqui joined the Fork & Spoon team in 2016 as a volunteer before coming on as a part time Evening Shift Lead, where she managed Fork & Spoon’s evening dinner service. But her creativity and passion for food truly have the opportunity shine in her role as Fork & Spoon’s Catering Chef. Interested in working with her for your next event? Kathleen Cross: Catering Assistant

Kathleen works as Fork & Spoon’s catering assistant, helping to prepare food for catering events, which includes anything from chopping vegetables, to whipping mousse, to baking quiche, to plating what's on the menu. Kathleen has Midwestern roots, but has been living out West for the last ten or so years. Before enrolling in the Dietetics program at Montana State and working at Fork & Spoon, Kathleen was a wildland firefighter and worked for an aviation company while flying small planes recreationally. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys to ski, backpack, garden, and bake.

Lynne Greenlee: Evening Shift Lead


Lynne joined the Fork & Spoon team as an Evening Shift Lead in the summer of 2017, where she expertly and compassionately runs dinner service, works with our ever evolving volunteer team, and ensures everyone has a delicious meal! In the summers, Lynne is the sandwich and chicken nugget Queen for the Summer Lunch program, helping to prepare over 500 meals every day for children in Gallatin County. Lynne has lived in the Gallatin Valley since 1998 and is an alumnus of MSU. She has previously worked in both the non-profit and public education sectors. She enjoys her job as a Fork & Spoon Evening Shift Lead because it links together her two passions--good food and strengthening community.

Chelsea Eddy: Front of House Manager

Chelsea has been working at Fork & Spoon for two years as the Front of House Manager. Prior to joining the team full time, she was an Evening Shift Lead, helping to run Fork & Spoon’s evening dinner service. Chelsea’s favorite parts about working at Fork & Spoon are the people - the volunteers, the patrons, and the staff - and of course, the delicious food! Chelsea originally moved to Montana in 2012 for the skiing, but has since fallen in love with the Bozeman and mountain community (she even tolerates summer now, too!).

Abby Pratt: Kitchen Assistant

Abby has been working at Fork and Spoon as a kitchen assistant for over a year. She originally joined our team as a volunteer and was quickly promoted to Fork & Spoon's evening dishwasher. You can now find her at Fork & Spoon every afternoon expertly preparing the evening’s pizza and kids meal menu items!

Leah Smutko: Kitchen Manager

Leah is truly the jack of all trades at Fork & Spoon. She originally joined our team as a volunteer, helping to prepare Fork & Spoon’s dinner meals, and in the summer, preparing over 500 meals a day via the Summer Lunch program to feed children throughout Gallatin Valley. We were excited to hire her to the Fork & Spoon team in December of 2017 as an Evening Shift Lead, where she led dinner service and managed a different group of 10 volunteers every night. However, her true passion for cooking could not be contained, and she quickly began to show her skill and expertise in the kitchen. Leah recently moved into a full time position as Fork & Spoon’s Kitchen Manager. Her creativity shines in the delicious meals she prepares every night, and her passion for local food is evident in the great lengths she goes to ensure Fork & Spoon meals are prepared with fresh, local produce and meats. You can often find her in the kitchen excitedly checking out fresh lettuce or baking delicious desserts.
