Guest Chef Night with Horn & Cantle

Horn & Cantle's goal is to create an experience that thoughtfully weaves together crafted food and drink, warm and engaging service and a social atmosphere that harmoniously combines the genuine intimacy of dining at the home of an old friend with the ease and liveliness of a restaurant atmosphere. They will bring this spirit of hospitality and a home-on-the-range menu to Fork & Spoon for a special Guest Chef Night on June 3rd.

The menu includes: 
- Spring Minestrone with fresh horseradish
- Arugula Salad with fennel, mint, golden beets, feta, and rhubarb vinaigrette
- Porcetta: pork loin stuff with pork belly, braised lacinto kale and sourdough bread crumbs with root vegetables and apple cider jus
- Wagyu Korean Shortribs with soy, pear, sesame, and scallions, served over steamed rice
- Vegetable Enchiladas
- Lemon Tart
- Strawberry Shortcake
